The quantities and information developed belong to the Drywall Contractor
and / or Client because they paid for them.
NORTHSTAR understands that there can be confidential and financial information that is pertinent to a drywall contractor and / or client.
To that end, If services are currently required, Northstar will not price, or work on the same project for another company. In other words, you as the client have paid for the quantities and information developed.
If Northstar is approached by another company for the same project, that company, will be advised that the estimating service cannot be provided as it constitutes a conflict of interest.
A signed Conflict Of Interest Statement (similar to the one below), can be provided upon request.
